Haku’s Chronicles: My New Roomie, Tuna Sandwich, Has Two Hernias

 Hey everyone,

It’s me, Haku, your resident office cat. You know me—smoked black and white tabby with the softest fur you’ve ever felt (seriously, it’s pretty luxurious). I’ve been holding down the fort here for a while, but recently, we got a new addition to the team: Tuna Sandwich.

Now, Tuna’s a sweet little thing, but she’s had a bit of a rough start. Turns out, she has two hernias! Not exactly the kind of welcome we wanted for her.

What’s Going On with Tuna?

At first, I thought Tuna was just getting used to the place, but she’s been moving slower than I expected. She’s not chasing paper balls or investigating every nook and cranny like I used to when I first arrived. The humans noticed it too, and after a trip to the vet, they found out she’s dealing with two hernias. That explains why she’s been resting more and hasn’t been quite as playful as she’d like to be.

How Can We Help?

Tuna’s going to need surgery to get these hernias taken care of. While she’s recovering, she’ll have her own quiet space, and I’ll make sure to check in on her (from a respectable distance, of course—I’m not one to hover).

But Tuna could use a little more than just my comforting presence. If you want to help her out, you can contribute to her vet fund so she can get the surgery she needs. With our help, she’ll be back to her playful self in no time.

So, let’s show Tuna some love and support. She’s got a lot of spirit, and I know she’ll bounce back soon. Plus, I think she’ll make a pretty decent office sidekick once she’s back on her paws.

Your favorite office tabby,
Haku
